Suffolk Pediatric Associates, P.C. is located directly across from Good Samaritan Hospital. The Office is on the north side of Montauk Highway, 1/2 mile east of Higbie Lane and 1/4 mile west of the Robert Moses Causeway.

Suffolk Pediatric Associates, P.C. takes pride in offering a range of providers and appointment times to accommodate your schedule. Please call our office to schedule any appointments and our front desk staff will accommodate your desired time to the best of their ability. If you are running late or need to reschedule, please contact our office as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing

Payment Options

All co-payments are due a the time of visit.  For your convenience we accept cash, personal checks, credit cards (Master card and Visa only).  It is important that you know what insurance you have when you make your appointment.  All non-covered services are your financial responsibility.  If your insurance carrier requests a Primary Care Doctor- we must be named.  It is office policy that all insurance is verified prior to your visit, therefore if we are not listed as the PCP your visit may be delayed.  Please be aware that the parent bringing a child to the office will be financially responsible at the time services are provided.  For your convenience, your bill may be paid in cash, check or credit card.  In the event that someone other than the parent brings the child to the office, we ask that you make arrangements for the bill to be paid at the time of the visit.
